Online lessons, programs, subscriptions and workshops are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule a live workshop, please get in contact at least seven days before the live workshop date by clicking here.

However, if there are extenuating circumstances, we can discuss your options by getting in contact with us.

No-shows or missed attendances are not transferable to future live workshops.

​

If Carmen cancels a live workshop that you have booked due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible before your scheduled live workshop. 

 

You will be offered a credit towards a future live workshop, valid for six months.
