The Coming Alongside Program

A Program that equips and empowers everyday women to take care of themselves as they take care of others.

The moment of truth

Do you?

Priortise the needs of others and leave no time for yourself and the things you enjoy?

Feel guilty for taking time out and doing nice things for yourself?

Find it difficult to say no and by doing so you end up neglecting yourself?

We get it.
We've been there too.

We can't pour from an empty tea cup.

The heart behind the program.

We believe in taking take care of others and ourselves. Everyone is important including you.

Feeling guilty for taking care of ourselves is more common than we realise. It may even be 'false guilt'. We want to help you undertand the difference between constructive guilt verse false guilt.

We are realistic and acknowledge that some days are filled to the brim. Five minutes of replenishment is better than nothing. We want to encourage you to carve out time for the little things that bring you joy.

We believe that relationships are as healthy as each indvidual in it. Self-neglect serves no one. We want to come alongside you and equip you to take good care of yourself.

Sometimes we think looking after ourselves is going away on holidays, wellness retreats and days at the spa (on a side note, we aren't against it). Taking care of ourselves can be practical and we want to show you how.

We are all unique, so there isn't a one-size-fits-all plan that can be copied and pasted. Our mission is to show you how you can create your own plan.

There are so many benefits of taking care of ourselves and that is why we have created the Coming Alongside Program.

The benefits of taking care of ourselves can:

Develop healthy boundaries and habits

Together let's find that sweet spot between loving others and ourselves.

Carmen has supported and equipped many to take care of themselves. Together removing barriers that have gotten in the way of one taking good care of themselves.

She has seen firsthand how the little things we do for ourselves are not optional and instead are a necessity.
